I would give 10 stars if that is possible. Just got back from a week's stay at this hotel. Is it perfect? No. Did I pay $500 a night? Also no. The staff gives service as if it were $500 a night though. A little background...was there for the Columbus Moving Picture Show annual convention. This was our first year at this hotel. Previously we stayed at a more expensive hotel downtown. While there were good people there, I never felt that from the General Manager to everyone I encountered genuinely cared about my stay. I am just a peon attendee! Everyone asked how was my stay and how things were going. And they genuinely cared. This ownership/management just took over in January. It is a large hotel with a restaurant, bar, and convention facilities. Very difficult in these times to find quality people. I am totally confident that once they get the full staff in place, this property will be absolutely incredible. I normally don't write reviews negative or positive. I would only consider writing a negative review about a business if I had personally addressed the situation and it wasn't resolved. I only write a positive review when the service is fully warranted. And this hotel deserves it. They are building something good here and SO looking forward to returning next year.

Easy check-in, check-out! We didn't drive this trip, so everything was a bit away from us, but we Uber/Lyft was available at any time of the day. Shuttle offer to airport. Only complaint was we didn't like the pillows. Other than that, room was nice, staff was nice, it was clean. Shower pressure was very nice.

This hotel wasn't bad, but needs an update. It still has the 1973 Cold War vibe. Carpets have the old Russian tanks camouflage pattern. The dinning area wasn't bad and plenty of breakfast food to choose from.

I came to Crowne Plaza Columbus Ohio - North - Worthington for a group that uses space monthly. Meeting space is large, food provided by hotel was great. Banquet area restrooms looked recently refreshed. Note: they only had one partially hidden soap dispenser for 7 sinks. Parking area a little sketchy &needs a lot more lighting. Noticed hotel shuttle patrolling parking area and a couple of the temporary camera trailers. DANGER: Dimly lighted driveway is closed only by thin cable with no signage! I came within 2 ft of drilling cable as it is almost invisible with zero reflective signage, any signs, or large barriers.

Rooms were great, food was not great. Now, hotel food is kinda hit or miss, but there was a menu posted with some items I was eager to try, however the kitchen was apparently closed and there was a buffet instead. Pasta, tiny meatballs, chicken legs, basic salad. Not what I would have expected. The room prices were very low however, $88/night which was a trade-off so I couldn’t complain. The Manager on duty last night was great. Had a hard time understanding some of their employees due to language barriers.

The place was cold. You froze in the halls. And, you had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get ice. Rooms were nice once they warmed up.

Went to Crowne Plaza Columbus Ohio North - Worthington for a meeting with a couple hundred in attendance. Large spaces. Noticed air wall divider needs quick repair. The in-house restaurant provided a taco bar that was very good and well presented. Left entrance into property when facing hotel has dangerous cable blocking entrance without any warning signage. It would be very easy to damage car or truck at night in the dimly lit driveway.

Film Convention last week brought me to this property. My experience was top flight. The hotel fit the needs of our film group well: film viewing rooms were spacious and the acoustics were ample; seating was comfortable. The rooms for the vendors were well lit and temperature was well modulated. The guest rooms were laid out well with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Coffee makers in each room made mornings cheerful. I would prefer to see a safe in my room to leave valuables more safely guarded. Cleaning crew was quickly responsive to requests and removed bagged refuse and used laundry promptly. They greeted me and smiled each time I passed. The strongest asset of the facility is the courtesy of the staff. More than one employee asked how my stay was going, reiterating the phrase, "Just let me know if there is something specific that can be provided to make your stay more favorable." So often I have heard the term "Hospitality Industry." The term had to be coined with this team in mind, as they personified the very concept throughout my stay.
